My tuition for the first summer session was due today, and was shocked to find that they tacked on an additional $30 fee for attending the classes at my local college instead of at the university. I chose to attend the classes at my local college instead of the main campus in order to save on gas and mileage during the summer. It really does add up when you’re making a thirty minute drive to get to school five days out of the week (and another thirty minutes just to get home). My university has a program with the local college in my town. Some classes from the university are offered at the local college for those like me, who pay an arm and a leg just to get to school. I thought it was a pretty smart thing to do, and I jumped at this wonderful opportunity. So this is how they get back at me, eh? By sneaking in those extra “off-campus charges”. Bunch of greedy bastards. :punch:

God, I bought one of those dvd workouts from “The Biggest Loser”. I nearly died trying to keep up with it. Well, it was really just one part that totally kicked my ass, which is why I’m completely sore today. I’m sore in places I never thought possible. Maybe I’ll skip that ten minute kick-in-the-ass cardio section and just do the rest. God, just thinking about the workout makes me break out in a cold sweat.

I’m at the public library right now, and it’s so freaking cold in here. My toes and my fingers are all practically frozen. It’s so cold that my nose has actually started running (not literally, of course). It doesn’t help that I keep sneezing and making the snot run down my nose that much faster. And you know what else I noticed? The people here at the library are all very snooty. Not one person has said so much as a “bless you” in the fifty times I’ve sneezed already. I can see that they’re all looking at me as though I’m a walking virus or something. I have this urge to walk by the people using the computers and sneeze on all of them. :sarcastic:

I will admit it: I am completely afraid of cardio. Just hearing the word makes me shudder. Ugh. I mean, I can do it, and it’s not really a big deal once you get into it, but the thought of it is so awful.

No one under the age of 50 has ever blessed me when I sneezed. I think the younger generations fail a bit in some major parts.

At least your fee is only $30…considering it costs over that to fill my car with gas even ONCE, you should be saving a little bit, right?
